How to Apply


This course is of invaluable benefit to mid-career professionals in the public and private sectors who need cutting edge information and a deeper understanding of current debates on cyber security law and policy. No computer science expertise is required.

To be eligible, students must:

possess a bachelor's degree or the equivalent from any accredited institution of higher learning, world-wide;

have a sufficient command of the English language to fully participate in all aspects of the course; and

access to a computer that meets the minimum system requirements.



A complete application consists of:
two short registration forms, one for INSCT's administration records and another required by the University College of Syracuse University to maintain your official transcript and to issue Continuing Education Credits (CEU's);

Cover letter stating your interest in this course and any scholarly or professional experience you have had with cyber security or a related topic (although familiarity with the subject is not a prerequisite); and
Résumé or Curriculum Vitae.
